As a qualifying religious organization under IRC Section 508(c)(1)(A), we are automatically exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Expedition Genesis Ministry are generally tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. We operate with full accountability—no private inurement, no political activity—and every gift goes toward advancing the Gospel and equipping disciples.

Accepting non-cash donations like vehicles, RVs, boats, travel resources, land, or even assets from closing churches is a beautiful way to steward generosity for Kingdom purposes—turning what others no longer need into tools for discipleship, travel for ministry, and places of renewal.
Here’s how you can open the door to these gifts while staying compliant and wise (Proverbs 21:5: “The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance”).
Vehicles (Cars, Trucks, Semi-Trucks, Boats, RVs, etc.)
Whether running or not, your donated vehicle can directly support ministry travel, hauling supplies for community events, transporting materials for alternative living demonstrations, or even serving as temporary housing during outreach trips. We partner with trusted vehicle donation services that handle pickup, title transfer, and IRS paperwork so the process is simple for you. Your gift helps us go farther to share the Gospel.
Travel Help (Points, Miles, Free Stays)
Ministry outreach often requires travel—whether for in-person events, mission trips, site visits for land projects, or connecting with international partners. Donating unused airline miles, hotel rewards points, travel gift cards, or offering a free place to stay (Airbnb, timeshare week, guest room) allows us to reach more people without diverting funds from teaching and community work. Assets from Closing or Merging Churches
If your church is closing, merging, or downsizing, we would be deeply honored to steward any remaining assets—property, buildings, vehicles, equipment, furniture, sound systems, books, or residual funds—to continue the legacy of Gospel-centered work. We ensure everything is used solely for religious and educational purposes in alignment with Scripture and your original intent. Land Donations
Land is central to our long-term vision: creating “expedition outposts”—safe, intentional Christian communities where believers can live out stewardship, disciple one another, practice sustainable living, and serve as a witness to surrounding areas. Donating land (or partial interest in property) can become the foundation for these havens of renewal, fellowship, and mission. We handle the process carefully with legal and appraisal support to ensure smooth transfer and maximum Kingdom impact. Your land gift can become a place where lives are transformed for generations.
